Learn about Energy and the History of Coal Mining through Video Moving Image Hall 　In addition to 'Beyond Space and Time' which studies the link between coal and humans, there several other exhibitions which introduce the history of coal in Omuta. The town with a Coal Mine Train 　This exhibition shows Omuta's growth coal alongside coal, and follows the history of the coal mine until its close. Experience what the actual coal mine looked like at the time of closing, and learn about what life was like for the coal miners.
